Is there a minimum order quantity?

You can order all our products in quantities of one (1) or more! There is no minimum order amount.

What is the right model to choose?

Choosing the right model will depend on the size and quantity of the medicine box.

Therefore, ask your customer the size (L/W/H) of the medication box and how many boxes will be transported simultaneously.

With this information, you can then easily calculate which model is the right size 🙂

What are the shipping costs and how long does shipping take?

Delivery charges starting from 29,99 € net apply to each package. The DHL prices from Germany to the UK apply 1:1.

We ship with DHL. Delivery usually takes 1 week and we also need 1 – 2 days internally to process your order 😊

International shipping is also possible for your customers upon request.

If I need to rush an order, is express delivery available?

Yes, contact us directly via email (innovations@artemed-products.com) or by phone (+499195 9999 038) and we will arrange express delivery for you.

We organise express deliveries with DHL. Accordingly, DHL express prices apply 1:1. These differ depending on the weight of the package.

We need a reliable cooler bag for our pharmacy delivery service. Does COOL*SAFE have a solution?

COOL*SAFE is already in use in many pharmacies as a courier cooler bag.

For you as a pharmacy, it’s all about complying with the Pharmacy Practice Directions, ensuring that medicines stay within the cold chain, and validating temperatures.

What most people don’t realise:

All medication cooler bags – except COOL*SAFE – will cause the medicine’s temperature to drop below +2°C within a few minutes, especially if the cold packs are placed in the cooler immediately. This destroys the molecular structure and damages the medicines beyond repair

All our COOL*SAFE cooler bags have been tested repeatedly by TÜV since 2010. The results of these TÜV tests have always shown that the temperature of the medication does not drop below +2°C. The TÜV always measures the temperature inside the medicine, as this is the only way to achieve reliable information. Placing a data logger next to a medicine in a cooler bag gives different temperature results and makes no sense. Many comparative measurements have shown this.

All measurement results obtained by a data logger placed in or near a medicine box, rather than inside the medicine, will be incorrect. This means that they cannot be used as a basis for validation.
