To all EU countries we charge the DHL price of 17,99 Euro up to 5 kg package weight.
To Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway we charge the DHL price of 29.90 Euro up to 5 kg package weight.
For higher weights we calculate individually the best freight price.
Shipping costs to other countries will appear during the ordering process before you complete the order.

The weight of a COOL*SAFE cooling bag or backpack including an additional cool pack set and another inlay and a shipping box is less than 3.0 kg.

The weight of a cool pack set or an inlay including the shipping carton is also less than 3.0 kg.
