2009 marked the beginning of our exploration of a simple question: How reliably do existing solutions actually protect temperature-sensitive medication?
What initially sounded like a technical question quickly became a subject that stayed with us. Extensive measurements showed just how crucial the test setup, measurement method and the actual conditions during transport are. Because a good result on paper is not enough if it does not reflect what actually happens to the medication.
It became clear that many supposedly safe cooling solutions for medication did not deliver what they promised in practice. Frost damage and incorrectly advertised cooling durations put the efficacy of sensitive medicines at risk – a risk that deeply alarmed us. So we began to look more closely. To measure, compare, make changes and test again. Together with experts, this led to the development of a medication cooler bag focused not on achieving the theoretically best result, but on what ultimately matters: the medication itself.
2011 we have continuously developed our cooler bags further, created new sizes and solutions, refined our testing methods and incorporated extensive experience from the everyday lives of patients, pharmacies, clinics and companies into our work.
